STARRING NEW YORK CITY: TV, MOVIES AND CELEBRITIES
New York City has the most celebrities in the world, and people come from all over in the hopes of spotting someone famous. It's entirely possible, and in the off-chance that no-one famous pops up in the park as we visit Strawberry Fields, at least your LUNY guide can point out various sites and scenes from movies and TV shows.
Such as: the Seinfeld diner and original home of the Soup Man. The museum in A Night at the Museum. The Little Bookstore Around the Corner from You've Got Mail. The Friends apartment building and the townhouse from The Cosby Show. The Flatiron Building in all three Spiderman flicks, the shops from Sex and the City and the midtown office complexes in The Devil Wears Prada. National Treasure, Hitch, Saturday Night Live, Trump Tower from The Apprentice and the courthouse in Law and Order, and more.
Keep those eyes peeled, however - last week we saw Conan O'Brien!
